What do you need to start?

1. Calendar

You need a calendar to plan when are you going to exercise, do groceries and prepare meals. You need to write it down right now.


2. Grocery list

You need to buy only the necessary stuff at the supermarket. Grocery list is going to save you a lot of time. You will never have to run for extra eggs or be tempted with the pack of chips during the groceries.


3. Food scale

You never know how much you eat if you do not measure it. Trust me- 20g and 40g of nuts make a huge caloric difference.


4. Fitness pal

Or other phone application that can help you track your calories and macro nutrients (carbs, protein and fats). It is hard to do it with pen and paper. Use free technology! Nowadays, you can scan any product's barcode and everything will just pop up.


5. Gym membership or access to Internet

It is better if you can afford gym membership because best results come from exercising with weights. However, you can start at home with YouTube exercises and you will still see a difference. You always have your own body weight at disposal ☺️


6. Sport clothes and comfortable shoes

They can keep you motivated because you will feel and look good. If you actually invest money into your goal, you are more likely to go train. You do not want to waste your investment.


7. Water bottle

It doesn't mean if it's a plastic water bottle from a supermarket or a super fancy jar. It matters that you track how much water you drink. I bet that you are not drinking enough right now so just test yourself. You need to drink minimum 2l of water each day.


8. Food containers

Lunch boxes are very useful if you want to prepare meals for few days and grab them wherever you are. They will save you time, effort and money.
